Sometimes, our ability to predict events in our environment is helpful only when we're directly involved in the outcome.
[Editor's note] If you look closely, you can see the collar around Booper's neck in the third panel. It's the equivalent to a cone for dogs who are, quite simply, too freaked out to wear a collar after surgery. In this case, Booper's kneecap had slipped wayyyy out of place and needed to be returned to its rightful position.
